Similar to failure to pay child support, a person can be held in contempt of court for failure to allow visitation of children under a visitation order. The offending parent may be ordered to pay court costs, attorney fees and can be jailed. Visitation cannot be denied for failure to pay child support. We will be happy to discuss your visitation issues.
